  • Unlimited CrossFit classes, we ask for a 6-month commitment to receive this rate.  If you cancel prior to the 6-month fulfillment, we will convert you to the standard rate of $160 for each month attended.

Ongoing Monthly Nutrition Accountability

    **Pre-requisite:
    Prior completion of an Infinite Wellness Challenge or Nutrition Foundations session.

    This month-to-month plan will help you continue on your path to Infinite Wellness after completion of an initial challenge or foundations program.

    You will get ongoing access to a coach for food log checks, feedback and accountability help you stay on track and meet your goals.  The coach will be available by email or in the gym to answer any questions you may have and provide ongoing support in your path to Infinite Wellness.

    Monthly Weigh In including Measurements and Body Fat analysis.
    Ongoing access to a coach for food log checks, feedback and accountability help you stay on track and meet your goals.  The coach will be available by email or in the gym to answer any questions you may have and provide ongoing support in your path to Infinite Wellness.

Nutrition Foundations - 4 week program

  • 1 Attendance Pack

    Includes:
    1:1 Consultation with a Coach
    Goal setting, review of macro targets.
    Weigh In including Measurements and Body Fat analysis, both at the beginning and end of the month
    Printed Information Packet and Sample Meal Plans
    Weekly accountability and food log checks/feedback with a coach.

Foundations On Ramp + 1 month Unlimited

  • 5 Attendance Pack

    This deal includes a 2-week Foundations class plus and additional month of Unlimited classes! For anyone brand new to CrossFit, our two week on-ramp course is the ideal way to “get in the loop” on what you need to know prior to starting regular classes. You will learn all of the foundations of CrossFit including common movements, barbell technique and a general overview of the CrossFit community and lingo. The class is geared toward all ability levels to help you feel confident and succeed in class. As a bonus with this package, you will also get your first month of unlimited classes upon completion of this two week course!

8 30-minute personal training sessions

  • 8 Attendance Pack

    8 one-on-one sessions, 30 minutes each, with one of our coaches to work on your overall fitness or a personal goal. The 8 sessions must take place within 90 days of purchase.
